Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Items must be returned:

In their original condition (including the label), with all associated accessories, and must not have been used, washed, or damaged.
In their complete original packaging.
Enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice if you are returning part of the order, as well as the form enclosed with your shipment.
