    Los pedidos se preparan en el momento en que el pago ha sido confirmado, de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 16:00 h. Los pedidos realizados fuera de ese horario se prepararán el día laborable siguiente. No se realizan envíos sábados, domingos ni festivos. Servimos envíos dentro de la Unión Europea, si estas fuera de la unión europea, escribe a Guanábana para poder enviártelo.

    DEVOLUCIONES

    Solicitar la devolución por mail a info@guanabana.es en un plazo no superior a 14 días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de recepción del producto, haciéndonos saber el motivo de la devolución.
