SHIPMENTS

Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

• For orders from outside the European Union, you must pay any applicable local customs duties. For information about ordering from outside the EU, please contact us at contact@guanabana.es.

• If you wish to place a corporate order, please contact us at contact@guanabana.es.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

In accordance with Spanish law, you have 14 calendar days to inform us of your return.

1. Send your return notice to the following address: contact@guanabana.es.

2. Items must be returned:

• In their original condition (including the label), with all associated accessories, and must not have been used, washed, or damaged.

• In their complete original packaging.

• Enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice if you are returning part of the order, as well as the form enclosed with your shipment.
