Our hats are handmade by artisans using the iraca weaving technique, typical of Colombian tradition. The iraca, or toquiilla straw, is a natural fiber that comes from the "Carludovica palmata", from whose leaves are obtained some fine threads that are dyed to give them color. Once dry, the artisans weave the threads with the different colors to give form to the hats. It also includes one of our timeless and special hat band, which mixes the latest trends with ethnic-inspired prints and a touch of boho chic.
Our advice: Protect yourself from the sun and UV rays with our natural fiber hats.

Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. To start the return process, please contact us at contact@guanabana.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Once we receive and verify the condition of the items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
